We are seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Specialist to be the cornerstone of our IT support structure, providing critical Tier 2 assistance and guiding a dedicated team. This is a chance to be at the forefront of our expansion, playing a key role in building out our technical infrastructure and ensuring our team has the support it needs to succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for employees across multiple locations. Travel between local offices to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges. Collaborate with and mentor junior IT staff, serving as a key resource for complex issues and best practices. Required Qualifications Proven experience (at least eight years) in a senior-level desktop support or field support role. Proficiency with modern endpoint management tools and the Microsoft ecosystem. A track record of independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to support. Experience supporting office move projects and IT infrastructure build-outs.
