As a VC5 Consultant, you will be paid on a weekly basis. The first paycheck may take up to 2 weeks to process in our system. One of our main differentiators is that you are paid weekly and on-time, so there will be no need to worry about when your pay is going to reach your account!

You will have to submit your weekly hours via BBO (Bullhorn Back Office) to your manager. We will then handle all of the submitted timecards on our end to make sure everyone is paid on time. It is critical you submit your hours on time in order for us to have ample time to process everything correctly.

We believe in one point of contact for consultants. This allows you to build a relationship with one of our experienced recruiters. We won’t waste your time with fluff jobs or the wrong kind of job for your skills and experience. We want it to be easy for you to find the right assignment, achieve success, and prepare for the next role.

Most of our client companies require drug/background checks. Once in our talent system, you will receive an email with instructions on what needs to be completed.

We place talent in multiple projects. We proactively review when an assignment or project is nearing completion from one of our client companies. We then prepare you to move to the next assignment or project so you have no unnecessary idle time in your career!
