We are seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Specialist to be the cornerstone of our IT support structure, providing critical Tier 2 assistance and guiding a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for employees across multiple locations.

  • Travel between local offices to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with and mentor junior IT staff, serving as a key resource for complex issues and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (at least eight years) in a senior-level desktop support or field support role.

  • Proficiency with modern endpoint management tools and the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • A track record of independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to support.

  • Experience supporting office move projects and IT infrastructure build-outs.
