About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role will focus on process automation, document cleanup, and business standardization across departments such as Accounting, IT, and HR. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging PowerApps, Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to drive efficiency and automation initiatives.
This role requires an onsite presence initially, with the flexibility to transition into a hybrid model once fully onboarded.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Build custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps to enhance business workflows.
- Work with stakeholders in Accounting, IT, HR, and other business units to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Utilize Python and PowerShell scripting for process automation and system integrations.
- Document automation workflows, system configurations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure secure and scalable automation solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and RPA tools (UiPath preferred).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes across multiple departments.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in IT infrastructure environments is a plus.
