Role Overview: This company is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to create, centralize and standardize process documentation. The ideal Project Coordinator will be given the opportunity to support multiple teams and projects and has experience creating supporting documentation. The selected Project Manager will be able to work autonomously and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business, managing high rates of change. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field; OR equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience of project management experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience working in a development environment, following standard Software Development Life Cycle best practices.
  • Working knowledge of relational database best practices.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft development stack preferred.
  • Knowledge of technical project management methodologies and project tracking.
  • Experience following up with business units and necessary stakeholders.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with change management.
  • Specifically assessing how one change impacts various areas, processes, and people.
  • Possesses excellent analytical, organizational, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and monitoring of the project which includes management of: budget, tasks, timeline and scheduling.
  • Effectively communicates with all project team members and management to report project risks, setbacks, and project health.
  • Support change management procedures by participating in assessing, documenting, and implementing changes/tweaks/enhancements.
  • Create process documentation, upgrade existing documentation and create training visuals for the entire team/department.
  • Independently meet with business groups involved in miscellaneous projects.
  • Update existing dashboards with relevant data and new metrics that display the project status.
  • Analyzing metrics on where projects stand and reporting data up to management team.
  • Engaging in technical project work or testing for the projects you are managing
