We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide critical support to our Accounting department. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our key financial systems, particularly within Revenue and Joint Interest Accounting.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles within the upstream oil and gas sector and the ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional IT support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with upstream oil and gas accounting systems is highly valued.
