Role: Sales Consultant (Entry) | New Business Development
This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for an ambitious hunter early in their sales career. You’ll learn to open new logos, run structured discovery, and partner with both AI and a recruiting team to deliver talent that sticks.

What you’ll do

  • Run a full outbound motion: work with an AI partner on targeted lists, sequences, social selling, calls, and meetings.

  • Execute crisp discovery that maps pain? requirements? hiring plan.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to create story-forward submittals that move hiring teams.

  • Draft proposals/SOWs with AI assistance; support negotiation and close.

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, next steps, and forecasting.

  • Level up daily in huddles using our 1–3–1 problem-solving cadence.
     

You might be a fit if

  • 0–2 years B2B sales (staffing/SaaS/services preferred).  If you are entry level, we like drive, grit, and a competitive attitude.

  • You love the phone, can write tight emails, and follow a process.

  • Gritty, coachable, and excited to use AI as leverage.
     

Success looks like

  • Weekly: Weekly meetings with clients.

  • Monthly: Monthly proposals to clients.

  • Quarterly: new logos and revenue!
