Analytics and Reporting Lead, Shared Services

Core Responsibility: This role is pivotal in establishing and standardizing our reporting and analytics strategy across Shared Services. You'll be the driving force behind delivering actionable insights, working closely with leadership to align strategic goals and manage cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced statistical methods to analyze data from diverse systems, generating insights that directly influence business decisions.
  • Strategic Reporting: Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for Shared Services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering data-driven decision-making throughout the company.
  • KPI Development: Collaborate with business units to define, consolidate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect business performance.
  • Technology Enhancement: Define and implement future-state technology solutions to elevate our reporting capabilities and support our long-term reporting strategy.
  • Business Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams and management to understand business needs and ensure reporting solutions meet organizational goals.
  • Solution Testing: Oversee the testing phase of reporting solutions, resolving issues to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Deep understanding of value streams and business/user needs.
  • Strong data and analytics expertise.
  • Functional knowledge of data and reporting requirements within a large enterprise.
  • Proven experience implementing reporting solutions using SAP reports and BI tools, with a focus on automation and optimization.
  • Understanding of relevant systems and toolsets for effective integration.
  • Established relationships with key business stakeholders for collaborative reporting and analytics.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for report building and query generation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, SAP administration, or corporate financial systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
  • Experience with data warehouse and data lake creation, maintenance, and integration.
  • Advanced experience with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • SAP or other relevant certifications.
