Location: The Woodlands Type: Direct Hire Job #10789 We are seeking an experienced Business Controller to manage the overall financial health and lead the finance function for a large, growing business unit within the energy or manufacturing sector. This leadership role is based onsite in The Woodlands, TX, and is responsible for a team of 8-10 finance professionals. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the accounting and finance function, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 finance professionals, overseeing their daily work and long-term career growth. Drive process improvements by working with an Internal Control & Process Change Manager to implement, document, and maintain effective processes for the close and reporting cycles.
