Schedule: Onsite (Monday-Thursday 8-5:30 and Friday 8-3)

Operations Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking two highly motivated individuals to join our operations team. Our operations analysts will be responsible for providing essential support to various departments within the company by analyzing data, improving processes, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and report generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficieny in softwares (Excel, Google Suite, etc)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
