We are searching for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical and facilities team across two key manufacturing sites in Houston, TX. This critical, full-time day shift role is focused on driving equipment reliability, ensuring a safe work environment, and supporting continuous improvement to maximize production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.

Develop, maintain, and optimize robust preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all production equipment and facility infrastructure.

Directly manage the scheduling and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to achieve minimal manufacturing downtime.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong technical knowledge in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Demonstrated experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing PM systems.

Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
