Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including presses, shears, and conveyor systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications to guide your maintenance and repair work. Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working knowledge of industrial equipment and safety procedures. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
