We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician Lead to join our growing team in Spring, TX! You will play a critical role in optimizing our production operations by leading maintenance efforts, ensuring the seamless function of all equipment, machinery, and systems. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment. Develop, implement, and manage robust preventative maintenance programs and schedules. Lead a maintenance team while strictly adhering to all safety regulations, including PPE and OSHA. Required Qualifications Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting VFDs and PLCs. Proven ability to create and manage preventative maintenance schedules using a CMMS. Strong understanding of safety protocols (PPE, OSHA).
