Key Responsibilities Lead initial incident response, including forensic investigations, and handle situations like business email compromise. Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs to determine threats and present findings. Harden servers and lock down networks to improve overall security. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in infrastructure operations, such as help desk or system administration. Proficiency with security tools, including Microsoft Defender and XDR. Ability to conduct forensic investigations and handle security incidents. A basic understanding of IT operations and the desire to learn and grow with a company. Strong communication skills to present findings on security alerts.
