Help Desk Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports.
  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.

Top 3-5 must-haves:

  • Someone who can come in and hit the ground running!
  • Good etiquette- Emphasis on soft skills, they can teach IT.
  • They need to be able to take the call, and do the fix as well.
  • They will be working with 120 users.
