We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Integration Specialist with expertise in Five9 to join our dynamic team, focusing on optimizing call center operations through robust integration and automation. This critical role involves ensuring seamless functionality across various communication platforms and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving Five9 and its integrations with other critical systems like SQL and ServiceNow.

  • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities within call center operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions that improve system versatility and overall technical depth across integrated platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrable expertise as an expert in Five9, with superior troubleshooting skills.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across integrated systems, including Azure, SQL, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Salesforce, Exchange, and SMS.

  • A strong track record of solving complex technical problems in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with or a strong understanding of AI integration within call center chat functionalities.

  • Ability to work remotely and contribute to a high-priority team environment.
