Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-focused environment. Extensive knowledge of JIRA and experience as an administrator. Strong understanding of workflow software and process mapping. Demonstrated ability to provide data-driven insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
