Responsibilities

Business Development Managers at VC5 Consulting are responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets.

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, referrals).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a strong sales drive, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships to join our team at VC5 Consulting.

  • Recent graduate or early career professional preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a sales role.

Compensation & Benefits

VC5 Consulting offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and exceptional earning potential. Our compensation package is the most competitive structure in the country. Our team members consistently achieve an OTE of $100,000+ by their third year.  

We also offer a yearly all-expenses-paid trip for top producers to exciting destinations (previous trips include Vail and Mexico).
