About the Role
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our staffing firm and provide hands-on support to our recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys helping people and keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for managing all inbound candidate communication — primarily text messages, emails, and phone calls — and ensuring each candidate receives a timely and professional response. You’ll also help recruiters stay organized by handling applicant tracking, scheduling, and communication follow-up.
Responsibilities

Handle all inbound calls, text messages, and emails from job seekers

Respond to applicants from online job postings and route inquiries appropriately

Support recruiters by maintaining organized candidate records and communication logs

Assist with scheduling interviews and managing recruiter calendars

Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates at every stage

Perform light administrative duties to support daily recruiting operations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

0–4 years of professional experience
