Location: Houston, Texas (onsite)  Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels in cultivating strategic client relationships. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, conducting market research, and developing tailored solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: Identify new business prospects and generate leads to drive consulting opportunities. Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, delivering tailored solutions that support their business objectives. Provide strategic guidance throughout the consulting process, from initial client meetings to project delivery. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering impactful solutions. Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development. Contribute to the development of consulting proposals, crafting strategic recommendations tailored to client needs. Engage in negotiations regarding consulting agreements and terms of engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Some familiarity with the consulting process preferred. Experience with client relationship management and strategic consulting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve objectives and exceed expectations. Adaptability and coachability, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and think creatively to solve problems.
