MDM Analyst – Entry Level

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine data validation and configuration tasks within our enterprise applications to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in the creation, maintenance, and archiving of referential Master Data. Support the Data Admin team in ensuring data integrity and uniformity across various business groups. Execute repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy to support data quality initiatives. Help document referential data management processes and procedures. Liaise with internal departments as needed to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies. Adhere to strict control procedures to ensure proper SOX validation, controls, and reporting. Support senior team members with various data administration duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience: This is an entry-level position. 0-2 years of experience in a role involving data entry, data validation, administrative support, or a related field is a plus, but not strictly required for candidates demonstrating a strong aptitude and willingness to learn. Skills & Abilities: A quick learner with a strong desire to understand and follow established processes. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially with repetitive tasks. Ability to receive and act on feedback and instructions effectively. A sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team. Solid time management skills with the ability to handle assigned tasks and meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office tools (particularly Excel for data comparison and validation).
