Location: Houston Type: Contract To Hire Job #10844 Senior Cybersecurity Administrator Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Administrator to join their growing team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing their critical infrastructure within a dynamic environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the infrastructure team to implement and manage a range of essential security solutions. Your responsibilities will include the administration and maintenance of email security platforms, the implementation and enforcement of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and ensuring the security and integrity of their Active Directory environment. You will also be instrumental in managing the organization's vulnerability management program within their hybrid (on-premise and cloud) infrastructure, leveraging Azure services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in system administration coupled with a growing passion and experience in cybersecurity. You should possess a solid understanding of infrastructure security principles and hands-on experience with key security technologies. Experience in a hybrid Azure environment is essential. While a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and relevant security certifications (such as Security+ or AZ-500) are a plus, practical experience and a proactive approach to security are highly valued. Experience within the civil engineering or construction industry could also be beneficial.
