Your key responsibilities will include database design, implementation, rigorous maintenance, performance tuning and optimization, the implementation and management of robust backup and recovery procedures, ensuring stringent data integrity, and proactive troubleshooting of any database-related issues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support various data-driven projects. What You'll Bring: 1-5 years of proven professional experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong emphasis on SQL Server. In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in managing SQL Server environments, including performance monitoring and tuning. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective database backup and recovery strategies. Solid understanding of data ingestion processes and experience working with diverse data sources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in diagnosing and resolving SQL Server database issues. A commitment to data security and implementing best practices within SQL Server. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with cloud-based SQL Server solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS for SQL Server) is a plus.
