This position demands a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of SAP’s capabilities within manufacturing, including PP, MM, MRP, Quality Management, and Warehouse solutions. Key Responsibilities: Champion the support, maintenance, and enhancement of manufacturing processes and technology. Establish and align key efficiency metrics to drive measurable business outcomes. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful project execution. Serve as a technical champion, driving innovation and successful transformations within the manufacturing value stream. Define comprehensive end-to-end technical process requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Oversee process governance, managing transformation efforts and monitoring performance. Identify and implement opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across systems and processes. Support the successful roll-out and adoption of implemented initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and stakeholder buy-in. Provide expert SAP S4 HANA solutions for evolving business requirements. Qualifications: Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP techno-functional support, consulting, or corporate financial systems roles, with a focus on SAP PP/Manufacturing modules. Proven expertise in implementing and supporting SAP PP, MM, MRP, Quality Management, and Warehouse solutions. Deep understanding of manufacturing systems and toolsets, including Production Orders, Demand Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management, and integration with Plant Maintenance and SD modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification or other relevant certifications. Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing, Quality Management, or Extended Warehouse Management. Familiarity with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Power BI.
