The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategic initiatives, managing investor/stakeholder relations, and providing critical financial and market analysis to the executive team and board of directors. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial and operational updates for stakeholders, lenders, board meetings, and investor roadshows.

Develop, design, and deliver high-impact presentations for board and executive sessions, synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling narratives.

Conduct ongoing benchmarking of industry peers and competitors, providing actionable insights on market positioning and financial performance.

Monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, and energy market dynamics, communicating implications to leadership.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

7–10 years of total finance experience, with 3+ years in a Corporate Development or Investor Relations capacity.

At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Prior experience in the Power and/or Oil & Gas industry is preferred.

Advanced skills in Excel modeling and creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
