Key Responsibilities Perform thorough in-process and final quality inspections to ensure all products meet established standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors, maintaining clear communication regarding quality issues and specifications. Maintain a full-time work commitment, which includes a 50-hour work week and required overtime, sometimes including Saturdays. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing or assembly environment. Physical ability to perform repetitive movements and necessary physical labor throughout a shift. Prior experience in quality control inspection, capable of documenting non-conforming materials. Must be able to commit to the required first shift schedule (or night shift if available). A strong work ethic and the desire to learn and grow within a quality-focused team.
