Key Responsibilities Own and Execute ITGCs: Be the go-to person responsible for the end-to-end execution of all ITGCs, including User Access Reviews (UAR), Change Management, and Segregation of Duties (SOD). Documentation and Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed SOX narratives and control matrices, coordinating evidence gathering and testing efforts with internal and external auditors. Advisory and Improvement: Serve as the internal IT compliance expert, evaluating emerging IT risks, interpreting SOC reports, and recommending control enhancements to embed SOX requirements into standard IT operations. Required Qualifications A minimum of 8+ years of combined experience in public accounting (Big 4 background preferred) or industry IT compliance. Demonstrated hands-on experience with the implementation and testing of ITGCs. Strong familiarity with core IT risk frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or NIST. CISA, CPA, or CISSP certification is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading walkthroughs and presenting status updates to various stakeholders.
