Perform second and third-level desktop/LAN troubleshooting, including installation, configuration, PC refreshing, asset control, and managing a high-volume ticketing queue. Maintain strict adherence to all site safety protocols, including OSHA and plant outage procedures, while working with network, security, and hardware devices in an operational environment.   Required Qualifications   Three to four years of experience in mid-level desktop support and network/PC security environments. Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows 10/11, O365, MS Outlook, MS Teams, and remote management tools like Intune/MEM. Strong experience supporting and deploying various computer hardware (Dell, Lenovo) and network printers. Demonstrated commitment to safety in fast-paced industrial or plant settings, adhering to required guidelines. Ability to travel 100% to various regional sites, work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
