What you’ll do Launch tight intakes with recruiters and sales to align must-haves and timelines. Source across LinkedIn, referrals, niche boards, and AI-assisted search. Run structured phone screens; write story-forward submittals (skills + narrative). Keep candidates moving with disciplined follow-ups and tody pipelines in the CRM. Partner with senior recruiters on prep/debrief to improve interview outcomes.   You might be a fit if 0–2 years recruiting or high-output customer/sales roles or someone who is coming out of school with grit, determination, a desire to learn and be coached and a competitive nature. Strong phone presence, concise writing, and a love for speed + quality. Coachable, curious, and excited to use AI as a multiplier.   Success looks like Weekly: sourced pipeline growth, qualified conversations. Monthly: client interviews scheduled, candidate progress milestones. Quarterly: starts, positive hiring-manager feedback, and repeat reqs.   Career path Associate Recruiter ? Recruiter ?
