Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support, including professional phone and email communication, detailed filing, typing, and managing office supply inventory. Manage logistics-related tasks, including generating shipping quotes from various freight carriers and processing weekly truck, LTL, and other freight invoices. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, researching order status, providing tracking information, and processing requests for proof of delivery (PODs). Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Proven 1–3 years of experience with administrative support tasks in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets. High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
