Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of GAAP financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, with emphasis on ASC 606 application. Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and development for the general accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Drive process efficiencies within the general ledger, A/P, and A/R functions, leveraging technology to streamline day-to-day operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for a CPA, CMA, or MBA. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a direct management capacity. Required Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the oilfield service, construction, or manufacturing industries. Expert knowledge of GAAP with proven experience implementing and applying ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Demonstrated ability to drive and implement internal process improvements and controls.
