This crucial role requires a safety-focused and technically skilled operator to precisely cut and fabricate materials that form the core components of our high-quality systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional passionate about precision and maintaining a high standard of quality in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate band saws and other cutting equipment to accurately cut structural steel and pipe according to specifications and engineering drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to ensure materials meet strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards. Perform auxiliary fabrication duties, including plasma cutting, welding, and component assembly, and safely operate material handling equipment like forklifts. Required Qualifications Proven experience of three or more years as a machine operator on a saw in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to read and accurately interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Experience working with structural steel and/or pipe materials. Strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot and maintain cutting equipment and tooling. Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
