Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel. Develop, maintain, and optimize robust preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all production equipment and facility infrastructure. Directly manage the scheduling and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to achieve minimal manufacturing downtime. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience. Strong technical knowledge in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Demonstrated experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing PM systems. Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in controls, programming, and a drive to own projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair controls systems and related components. Develop and implement custom logic for new and existing equipment. Participate in field service projects, including commissioning and on-site support. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a dedicated Controls Technician.
