This leadership role is based onsite in The Woodlands, TX, and is responsible for a team of 8-10 finance professionals. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the accounting and finance function, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 finance professionals, overseeing their daily work and long-term career growth.
