Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications to guide your maintenance and repair work. Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Working knowledge of industrial equipment and safety procedures. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
