Role: Sales Consultant (Mid to experienced) | New Business & Expansion Own a territory/book, open new logos, and expand existing accounts. Provide market intel to recruiting; ensure speed + quality on submittals. You might be a fit if 2–6+ years in B2B sales (staffing/services preferred) with a hunter bias. Process-driven, numbers-literate, and strong with managers ? VP relationships. Comfortable using AI tools for research, objection handling, and proposal drafting. Success looks like Weekly: first meetings booked, qualified opps advanced, clean follow-ups. Monthly: proposal volume, interviews per job order, gross profit growth.
