Responsibilities for Consultant Position:


  • Communicate with the clients to get a clear understanding of their hiring needs and organizational goals for the candidate they have in mind.

  • Learn what the client’s company is like so that you can best describe it to the candidate

  • Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the clients needs.

  • Create and post job advertisements.

  • Define job descriptions and create a candidate persona for each open position.

  • Assess applications and resumes.

  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of tools like internal databases, job boards, and social media networking. 

  • Research and develop recruitment leads.

  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.

  • Conduct screenings and interviews.

  • Walk the candidate through any interview rounds.

  • Give the candidate updates, information, and advice that they might need for the interviews.

  • Present the ultimatum for short-listed candidates.

  • Build long-term client and candidate relationships.

  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries for the clients.

  • Carry out follow ups with candidates.


What we are looking for in this position:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Customer service and sales skills

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to make responsible decisions

  • Excellent with prioritization and time-management skills

  • Someone who is capable of working independently but also in team settings

  • Someone who is easy to get along with and able to make personal connections with others
