An exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Administrator – Systems to take a leadership role in managing and architecting next-generation enterprise application and collaboration platforms. This position is central to the organization's Web & Enterprise Applications department, driving innovation and governance across key Microsoft technologies to achieve critical business goals and improve organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Design, architect, and optimize complex SQL-based Data Lake platforms, including the development of advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and ingestion pipelines.

Oversee and enforce governance and development standards for enterprise-scale Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and SharePoint Online environments.

Facilitate functional requirements gathering (e.g., JAD sessions), conduct systems analysis and design, and support quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience specializing in advanced solutions leveraging SQL Server, SharePoint Online, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Expertise in managing enterprise-scale environments and designing comprehensive integrated business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Proven ability to architect and administer SharePoint Online, including hub sites, metadata, permissions, and custom solutions using PnP PowerShell.

Advanced experience developing and deploying both model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrating them with Dataverse.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical abilities to collaborate with business and IT teams on security and compliance requirements.
