Role: Sales Consultant (Entry) | New Business Development This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for an ambitious hunter early in their sales career. You’ll learn to open new logos, run structured discovery, and partner with both AI and a recruiting team to deliver talent that sticks. Execute crisp discovery that maps pain? requirements? hiring plan. Collaborate with recruiters to create story-forward submittals that move hiring teams. Draft proposals/SOWs with AI assistance; support negotiation and close. Maintain pipeline hygiene, next steps, and forecasting. Level up daily in huddles using our 1–3–1 problem-solving cadence.   You might be a fit if 0–2 years B2B sales (staffing/SaaS/services preferred).  If you are entry level, we like drive, grit, and a competitive attitude. You love the phone, can write tight emails, and follow a process. Gritty, coachable, and excited to use AI as leverage.   Success looks like Weekly: Weekly meetings with clients.
