We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities include:

Create marketing materials for multiple companies

Create content to post on socials (and post several times a week)

Oversee all social media channels to ensure brand uniformity

Maintain websites for multiple companies (post blogs, moderate comments, general upkeep, etc. Experience with WordPress is a plus!)

Record and analyze data from weekly reports and campaign results
-
Research target audiences
-
Plan events for office engagement (and content)
-
Assist sales team in creating materials or swag needed for client outreach
-
Be ready and willing to assist on special projects
-
Act as backup/additional support to other backoffice team members as needed
What we are looking for in this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Well organized and detail-oriented

Ability to make responsible decisions

Excellent with prioritization and time-management skills

Someone who is capable of working independently but also in team settings
