We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Industrial Control Systems Troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency in our fabrication and machine shops. Core Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Industrial Control Systems on various production equipment.

Diagnose and execute electrical/mechanical repairs on fabrication equipment like the Peddinghaus PCDA/PCDC/PeddiBot.

Service and maintain plasma/oxy fuel cutting systems on our Messer Tables (Hypertherm plasma, drill heads).

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on Overhead Cranes and general facility equipment.

Maintain and repair machine shop equipment, including Giddings and Lewis, Bollard VTL, and Wotan end mills.

Support repairs for auxiliary equipment such as the Muller Pipe Coper and various Welding Machines.
Required Skills

Proven expertise in Industrial Controls Troubleshooting and complex machine diagnostics.

Experience in maintaining large-scale metal fabrication equipment is highly preferred.

Ability to read schematics and perform electrical repairs safely and effectively.

Familiarity with a variety of specialized machinery (CNC, VTL, Plasma Cutters).

Strong mechanical aptitude for performing mechanical component replacements and adjustments.

Willingness to work a consistent day shift with minimal, scheduled weekend overtime.
