Key Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled electrical assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on various systems including conduit, lighting, and basic controls.
- Ensure all projects are executed to specification, accurately analyzed from blueprints, and strictly comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job training to General Assemblers and Apprentices.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED combined with completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program or 8,000 hours of equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex blueprints, specifications, and layout instructions for electrical systems.
- Demonstrated experience in installing motor feeders, making standard motor connections, and basic control system operation.
- A commitment to safety with experience enforcing OSHA and company-specific safety procedures.
- Must be willing and able to travel between 10-25% to various job sites.
