Job Title: IVR Developer
Currently, we are seeking a skilled IVR Developer to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative CX solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to comprehend both business and technical requirements.
- Develop applications that align with business and technical specifications.
- Engage in hands-on application development within a collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IVR development.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in J2EE or .NET development.
- Possess over 5 years of proficiency using Eclipse or similar Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
- Demonstrated expertise with MVC-based frameworks for a minimum of 2 years.
- Exceptional understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
