Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle candidate identification and sourcing across multiple professional channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Conduct thorough candidate interviews and provide intensive interview preparation, including mock interviews and resume reviews, to ensure candidate success.

Manage the offer process, extend job offers, and maintain continuous contact with placed candidates to ensure needs are met post-assignment.
