Position: DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an AWS environment to support self-service web applications.
- Validate and deploy software releases for large, multi-locale IVR applications.
- Utilize SQL for making configuration changes to applications.
- Employ Jenkins and Groovy scripting to aggregate and stage release files.
- Troubleshoot system and network behavior using Unix commands.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience with Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and CodePipeline.
Desired Experience:
- Working knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy, and Tomcat.
- Experience with Genesys Voice Platform (GVP).
- Exposure to speech-enabled IVR applications.
- Java programming skills.
