Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Agile/Scrum development process, including daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings.

- Translate business objectives into clear, concise, and technically sound user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to convey complex business value and requirements through effective user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and the software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical developers.
- Experience using analytical tools and techniques for issue investigation and data interpretation.
