Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead crews of 1 to 10+ electricians and apprentices through all phases of commercial and industrial electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Ensure all project scopes are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and strictly within the allocated budget. Manage jobsite resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, while consistently enforcing workplace safety policies and conducting safety audits. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, coupled with the completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of equivalent verifiable work experience. Documented experience running a full project scope and supervising electrical crews in a commercial or industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project estimates, integrating them into effective job layout and installation planning. Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effectively coaching, mentoring, and providing performance feedback to crew members. Must be able to travel domestically between 10% and 25% of the time as required by project needs.
