IAM Analyst

Location: Houston Type: Contract To Hire Job #10857 IAM Analyst Are you a skilled IAM professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support the maintenance and operations of our critical identity and access management platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in managing users, permissions, and groups, as well as maintaining technical configurations and procedures. Responsibilities: Assist the IAM team with day-to-day operations and systems maintenance. Support Active Directory, Okta, and Entra environments. Manage users, permissions, groups, and related infrastructure systems. Maintain technical configuration and procedures. Assist with after-hours maintenance windows as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience supporting Active Directory, Okta, or Entra environments. 2+ years of experience in Windows Server administration. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.   High School Diploma or equivalent.   Preferred Skills: Active Directory, Entra, or Okta administration experience. Windows Server experience. PowerShell or other scripting languages proficiency. Experience with spreadsheets and APIs. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
