Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously for powder coating, including cleaning, degreasing, and masking, to ensure optimal adhesion and a high-quality final finish. Apply powder coating to various metal surfaces using advanced electrostatic spray equipment with precision, maximizing material efficiency and coating uniformity. Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections on finished products, identifying and resolving any imperfections to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the coating process. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certification in industrial painting is a significant plus. Proven experience in a painting or coating role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality in every project, ensuring specifications are consistently met. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report on production progress and challenges.
