Key Responsibilities Lead the effort to implement a lean enterprise vision, standardizing processes and integrating multi-site operations into a single, cohesive business process framework. Interpret strategic goals to gather essential operational artifacts, such as business and value stream maps, to rationalize infrastructure and system enablement. Guide end-users and collaborate with development teams to identify, define, and implement solutions that correct process bottlenecks, reduce waste, and leverage core ERP systems for optimal data flow. Required Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of professional experience dedicated to process improvement and implementing lean methodologies. Proven multi-site or multi-company leadership experience, specifically in unifying teams and processes across a broad operational or global footprint. Demonstrated working knowledge of large-scale Distribution and Manufacturing (MFG) ERP systems and the end-to-end process from initial customer contact to final delivery. Experience in a technical role such as software development, tech support, or technology integration, with an understanding of system and application requirements. Strong project management background with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires a versatile “jack of all trades” who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring system stability and supporting business-critical operations. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/3 Support: Deliver timely and effective technical and functional support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems within the core ERP system.
