Key Responsibilities Lead the effort to implement a lean enterprise vision, standardizing processes and integrating multi-site operations into a single, cohesive business process framework. Interpret strategic goals to gather essential operational artifacts, such as business and value stream maps, to rationalize infrastructure and system enablement. Guide end-users and collaborate with development teams to identify, define, and implement solutions that correct process bottlenecks, reduce waste, and leverage core ERP systems for optimal data flow. Required Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of professional experience dedicated to process improvement and implementing lean methodologies. Proven multi-site or multi-company leadership experience, specifically in unifying teams and processes across a broad operational or global footprint. Demonstrated working knowledge of large-scale Distribution and Manufacturing (MFG) ERP systems and the end-to-end process from initial customer contact to final delivery. Experience in a technical role such as software development, tech support, or technology integration, with an understanding of system and application requirements. Strong project management background with excellent communication and organizational skills.
